No travel between your projects and your sewing machine = big “time savings”. You can finish projects faster than other Companies. Most Marinas or Yacht Clubs will not even charge you for the Hydro you use, they are happy that you serve their Customers. Another very important point of being mobile is you are where the Boaters are. The Boaters will come to you before they will leave the Marina and go to find someone else. I cannot count any longer how many jobs I got because I was on Site. Impulse Buyers, it’s a beautiful thing…

You should register your Business if it is required by your State, Province or Town. Think of a good name people can remember easily. Get yourself a Cell Phone with a dedicated number for your Business. Try to get an easy to remember Phone number, pay for one if you have to. My Business number was 318-Boat (2628), 318 is the most common Chrysler engine size. Believe me, no Guy ever forgot my number.

Now that I have moved to the West Coast I was able to get (250) 327-2628, or in other words, 327= small block Chevy and 2628 is BOAT. Again, people won't forget that one.
